Christmas Gift Baskets

Finding a creative, unique, and personal Christmas gift can be a bit overwhelming. There are always those last few people on your list that are a bit challenging. Or it is that $10-$15 unisex gift that you must bring the family or business Christmas exchange. Why not make a personalized or theme gift basket?

When making a basket for a certain person, purchase an item that can hold the gifts. Some ideas would be a basket, bucket, bowl, hat, purse, etc. You get the idea. Then collect items that center around the person's hobbies and interests. So if a guy was interested in golf, you could get a cooler and fill it with golf balls, gatorade, new tees, visor, and a subscription to a golf magazine. Suddenly you went from not knowing what to get to a really great golf gift.

For that gift exchange that is difficult, why not consider a nice bowl with pasta sauce, noodles, and a bottle of wine all wrapped in a nice tablecloth. A picnic theme could include a fun blanket and gift card to a restaurant. A movie night them could include fun popcorn bags filled with a movie, candy, and popcorn. If you live around a beach, you could give beach towels, sunscreen, and sand toys if it is a family exchange. Another idea, would be to include a recipe with most of the ingredients in a mixing bowl with cute kitchen towels. I think you are getting the idea.

Get creative as the gift environment permits. With a little thinking, you can create a unique Christmas gift basket that people will actually want to receive.

Have a great Christmas season!
